DETAIL:

The "Molloy Lung Force Team" was founded two years ago, and it is comprised of student leaders and faculty. We partner with the American Lung Association to train students and then go into the community to provide asthma education, screening, and outreach. We do this through Molloy's Mother Cabrini Community Health Van and public health community rotations (Head Start & Public Schools). In addition, team members participate in advocacy projects such as legislator education days at the state capitol in NY and the Lung Force Walk. Join us for this lunch and learn session to learn how to duplicate our program in your community!
